I am inspired by human beings and everything that defines them… I work in sculpture, installation and design objects.

Barbara Bednarowicz’s implementation is one of the most interesting degree pieces of this year.
It is a highly original sculptural endeavour, with great power of expression.
A human figure made of soil, enclosed in a sterile glass cage, undergoing a constant process of change, all the while evoking strong feelings in the audience. This object is further deformed with each passing day, to eventually disintegrate completely. We witness and observe the cycle of life, a kind of erosion of the piece, engendered by this young and ambitious artist. The piece is made all the more valuable through the way it stimulates reflection on the passing and fragility of our lives.
